We are a diverse group of managers and executives from around the world, who bring a deep level of industry knowledge, sophisticated development tools, marketing excellence and consultative expertise.

Matthew Hobbs – Founder and President Matt has been a leader in technology and management consulting to the professional services industry for more than sixteen years. As President of iEnvision, Matt is responsible for the overall management and business strategy of the firm. Management consulting and business process development, specifically in the area of project deployment and management, are two areas of expertise Matt delivers to our client base.  Matt serves as the chief strategist for our ILM solutions and works closely with our clients to ensure our technology solutions map to their specific business needs.  Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and an MBA with a specialization in International Finance from St. Mary’s College of California

J. Dean Paolucci — Vice President of Business Development Dean brings over thirty years of enterprise sales and sales management leadership to iEnvision. A proven track record of delivering successful results along with domain expertise in the Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Legal verticals are a perfect fit to lead our sales effort. His demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction makes him uniquely qualified to leverage his experience and relationships with partners such as Autonomy. Dean joined the iEnvision Management Team in 2009. Prior to joining iEnvision, Dean has held significant positions with leading technology companies such as Interwoven, Electronic Data Systems, Platinum Technologies, and Dun & Bradstreet. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Ithaca College.

Jorge Arana – Director of Engineering Jorge has sixteen years experience implementing and developing solutions for law firms, corporate legal departments, governmental agencies, financial organizations and accounting firms. Jorge has been with iEnvision since 1999 and is responsible for the technical aspects of our MCC Best Practices Model as well as the overall quality of engineering services delivery at iEnvision.Prior to joining iEnvision Jorge was a practicing attorney. Jorge demonstrates the perfect balance of being exceptionally technical while at the same time being able to understand how the technical solution needs to be properly applied to deliver value to legal professionals.

Cesar Calllao – Director of Business Automation Cesar is responsible for the Business Automation services and the development of Application Integration solutions provided by iEnvision. For the last sixteen years, Cesar has been involved in either lead or top positions in consulting, design, development, management, and implementing solutions across legal, corporate legal, financial, dot-com, construction, investment, and retail industries.Cesar has built business processes and developed extensive automation tools integrating iManage, Microsoft Office, and web technologies in just about every imaginable scenario.  In previous lives, Cesar has designed micro chips, run dot-com IT departments, sold proprietary software products, and delivered complex projects to major corporations.

Ed Colandra – Director of Marketing and Customer Advocacy Ed is responsible for overall satisfaction of iEnvision Technology clients. He ensures that concerns which may arise in the course of a project are handled quickly by engaging the appropriate resources both inside and outside the company. In addition, Ed is charged with establishing iEnvision’s web presence, event participation and press and other communications. Ed is a 35 year alumni of IBM Corporation, with roles in sales, marketing and service including multiple management positions and world-wide marketing responsibilities in IBM’s Software Group.

Steven Mandros Bell – Director of Service and Support  Steve brings a wide variety of experience from over 20 years in computer industry in a range of roles from engineering to management.  Originally starting with iEnvision in 1999, Steve has held key roles in many large projects often deploying cutting edge technology for early adopters.  Steve has also designed deployment procedures for a legal portal and managed IT operations in a seven office law firm for three years so he is well tuned to the problems of running large IT operations.  Steve holds a BA in Theater Arts Design and Technology/Lighting Design from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
